Start Rowing offers an accessible entry point for individuals with no prior rowing experience. This program aims to enhance physical fitness, develop strength, and facilitate calorie burning through structured workout plans that guide users on their rowing journey.

For those new to rowing, the beginner plan is designed to foster competence in rowing 2000 meters within an 8-week timeframe, emphasizing proper technique.

More experienced rowers can benefit from intermediate and advanced plans tailored to enhance overall fitness levels while focusing on increasing Strokes Per Minute (SPM).

The app provides step-by-step guidance regarding when to adjust rowing intensity and when to rest. Each training plan progressively increases in difficulty, allowing the body to adapt and build endurance while minimizing the risk of injury. Additionally, it is well-suited for use with a Concept 2 rowing machine.

With a commitment of just 10-20 minutes per session, twice a week, users can anticipate significant improvements in fitness and rowing capability.
